This gorgeous North-facing elevated apartment is a real gem, offering a unique and welcoming vibe, with huge double height windows that feel sky high. You can feel the calm green space from Trumper Park pour in and complement the calming and comfortable interior vibe.

The entry level is a spacious, well designed open plan kitchen, dining, living, laundry and workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for a long-term stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine – a must in our books! The mezzanine bedroom is uber cool with an original solid concrete stencilled ceiling and a clear elevated view through the oversized windows. There is allocated wardrobe space and a large modern ensuite bathroom.

The neighbourhood is buzzing, but with acoustic sound proofing it’s super quiet inside the apartment. It’s a perfect place to work from ‘home’ …or kick back on the couch and binge on Netflix. The reverse cycle aircon will keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Set on level 3, the apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs.

For the health conscious you can enjoy free use of a very well equipped and maintained gym, pristine indoor pool, spa and sauna. What a way to start the day. Please note, this area is communal for residents and authorised guests only to enjoy. It is not an area to entertain entertain visitors.

Occupied mainly by local professionals of all ages, the building is well maintained and appreciated. Please don’t consider booking if you intend on partying. It’s reserved for considerate guests looking for an inner-city retreat. It accommodates a max of 2 guests.

Glenmore Rd, Paddington is ideally located between the CBD and Eastern suburbs beaches and is the perfect home base– especially if you are into good food, boutique shops, art galleries and a charming and stylish neighbourhood. ‘Lifestyle’ is at your fingertips.

Paddington is well known for its trendy restaurants and boutiques and its central location. Less than 3 kilometres east of the CBD, this property is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle yet with easy access to all that Paddington and its surroundings offer.

Located in the northern end of Paddington, the apartment sits between Oxford Street to the South and Rushcutters Bay to the North and both are walkable in less than 15 minutes. Whether you’re looking for a bite to eat, a harbourside walk or a spot of retail therapy, it’s all nearby.

With a choice of local hubs providing cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique stores you’ll need to take time to explore all the options! Local tennis and golf clubs might entice you, or try a spot of stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking in Rose Bay. Head to Double Bay Wharf to take a ferry for an outing, a Sydney must-do!

Edgecliff train station is just 350 metres away so if it’s a work trip, this is an ideal location to base yourself; the trip into Martin Place is just 2 stops.
